Called for clogged kitchen sink. Chris scheduled me for next available, same day. Received a text when Ricky was on his way. Communication 10/10. Ricky knew exactly what to do and was able to advise the right solution based on previous repairs we had done. Super knowledgeable, found a mistake in the previous installation and offered to fix it right there if he had the part. Cleared the clog and gave advice for what to do if it happens again. Ricky was amazing! I actually feel blessed to have had ERP come out and assist us with our backed up sink drain. He took his time and explained everything as he was going through the troubleshooting steps and even fixed the crazy pipes under our sink at an affordable price!
Had the home warranty plumbers come out prior to calling ERP and they sent a company that couldn't even find the clean out opening on outside of house! I knew that was a bad sign!

Great company. We had a blocked kitchen sink and ERP was on-site the next morning to fix it. They were very communicative leading up to the visit via calls and text, including the timing of their arrival. We sent them pictures of the situation in advance of the visit, so they were up to speed upon arrival. The fix was done in roughly an hour, and the technician was clean, friendly and answered all of our questions. Would definitely use them again!

Had an issue with a toilet constantly running after being flushed. Ricky was clear and concise about the cause of the problem and what was needed to fix it, as well as the cost. The repairs were finished quickly. He then gave me advice on how to save money in the future by fixing the issue myself. I really appreciated his honesty. Had a situation that seemed like it could be a slab leak. Fortunately was a water main and not under the house. Had to get ahold of HOA since repairs would affect landscaping and ERP was patient and also flexible as I tried to navigate HOA and manage booking with ERP for follow-up. They ensured the job was done right and got me back online rapidly.

Christian came out today to fix my kitchen sink and water valves under the sink and fix leaky drain pipes. He does amazing work. He was very friendly and courteous, and very reasonably priced. His quality of work was amazing, especially since he had to fix mistakes from the previous guy. Other guys I tried to just do a sink replacement were double what he cost to do all this work on a Saturday afternoon. This is the guy to call. don't waste your time with anyone else.

The service tech was on time and very proffesional. The prices were higher than other companies but they also did provided a camera service to diagnose the cause of the blockage and gave me options for future to fix the problem instead of just unclogging it . You have to realize though they charge $150 just to show up and look and give you a price, this gets applied to the job but obviously if the job is bellow $300-500 then might as well hire them. Initially that got me upset since I had lower price quotes from other companies but since I had to pay the $150 any ways I was kind of stuck hiring them to do the job. But I was delighted that they did diagnose the cause and gave me options of how to properly address it before it gets clogged again. I think they should mention that when they book the service that camera diagnosis is included.

The name of this business says it all. We had an outdoor leak at a hose fitting and water actively leaking. I found Christian online and when I saw his company name, I thought this is what I need, totally expecting to be told we can get to you in two days . . .maybe.
Christian showed at my home at 7:00 p.m. and quickly assessed the problem
and proceeded to repair it efficiently and professionally. He is extremely knowledgeable about plumbing. We have a home warranty but knew that would be useless in this situation. I will keep Christian's number on speed dial.

I don't have an experience with ERP doing work for me. I contacted them for a quote for a leaky anti-syphon valve. After viewing a video of the leak they suggested I tighten a nut on the valve and that fixed the problem. They could easily have charged me for a visit then either done the same or charged me $400 for a new valve, but they did the honorable thing instead.

I highly recommend this place. We had an emergency plumbing situation in our master bedroom yesterday. Thankfully, Chris was in my area and responded immediately. If he hadn't arrived so quickly our place would have been flooded and full of water damage.
